Download an Asset from the Proofing Workspace

You can download a copy of an asset from the Proofing Workspace and save it on your machine.

Your Review role must have the following permission(s) set to Yes:

• Download Assets

For more information, see the Permissions section of the Add Review Role Dialog Box.

Restriction: Watermarked assets are non-downloadable.

To download an asset from the Proofing Workspace:

1. Log into your account.
2. In the Navigation panel, click Reviews.
3. On the Reviews screen, click a review to launch it in the Proofing Workspace.
4. In the Asset Info side panel, click Options > Download Asset.
